Commercial Units
The three commercial units will have access to the same common areas and amenities as the residential units.
CNRC has strived to maintain ownership of the commercial spaces for local businesses and owners (85% of existing Chicon owners are locally-owned). We hope to generate similar locally-owned interest.
Own Your Own Commercial Space
The Ivory has three commercial spaces (788sf, 699sf and 722sf) available to purchase. Each unit will be finished as a “white box” for the commercial owners.

The Ivory’s commercial spaces enjoy tall ceilings with glass facades and an active pedestrian and bicycle walkway.
The corner space (northern-most space) is the only unit in the entire building with gas to the space. We intend this to be a corner restaurant space. We envision outdoor seating on the north-side of the building.
The other two commercial spaces rely on only electricity (no gas).
